DANIELLE CAJOU
COACH
Danielle is a North Rockland native and a 2017 graduate of North Rockland High School, where she was a standout three-sport varsity athlete in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, earning First Team All-County honors. She continued her lacrosse career at St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she had an exceptional senior season, recording 68 points in just 13 games (38 goals, 30 assists) and earning First Team All-Conference recognition. As a midfielder, Danielle brings a well-rounded understanding of the game, excelling on both ends of the field while also making a strong impact in draw controls. She holds a degree in Childhood Special Education and has over 10 seasons of coaching experience with the Scarsdale Youth program, in addition to time spent coaching at the varsity level at Tappan Zee High School. Currently a 5th grade teacher in the North Rockland Central School District, Danielle combines her passion for education with her love of the game. She is deeply committed to player development and driven by the opportunity to inspire and share her enthusiasm for lacrosse with the next generation.
AVERY PRZYMYLSKI
COACH
Avery is a Mahopac, NY native and graduate of Mahopac High School, where she was a two-sport athlete and captain of both the varsity lacrosse and field hockey teams. She earned USA Lacrosse All-American honors in 2022 and was a 3rd Team All-State selection. Avery just wrapped up her Division I career at Coastal Carolina University as a midfielder and draw specialist. Since Fall 2021, Avery has been a key part of the Preds program, coaching multiple teams, including our 2025 and 2028 Preds teams, and helping lead our camp and clinic curriculum. She is deeply passionate about developing players and also works with athletes in private and small-group settings, with a focus on offensive skills and draw work.
ROSE WOOLERY
COACH
Rose Woolery, a Bronxville, NY native, is a senior at Bronxville High School and a standout two-way midfielder for their Section-Champion lacrosse team. An All-League performer, she also was a key contributor for the Preds 2026 team, which was a top-30 nationally ranked team. Rose will continue her lacrosse career at the Division I level with the University of Colorado in the Big 12 Conference.
