DANIELLE CAJOU

COACH

Danielle is a North Rockland native and a 2017 graduate of North Rockland High School, where she was a standout three-sport varsity athlete in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, earning First Team All-County honors. She continued her lacrosse career at St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she had an exceptional senior season, recording 68 points in just 13 games (38 goals, 30 assists) and earning First Team All-Conference recognition. As a midfielder, Danielle brings a well-rounded understanding of the game, excelling on both ends of the field while also making a strong impact in draw controls. She holds a degree in Childhood Special Education and has over 10 seasons of coaching experience with the Scarsdale Youth program, in addition to time spent coaching at the varsity level at Tappan Zee High School. Currently a 5th grade teacher in the North Rockland Central School District, Danielle combines her passion for education with her love of the game. She is deeply committed to player development and driven by the opportunity to inspire and share her enthusiasm for lacrosse with the next generation.

AVERY PRZYMYLSKI

COACH

Avery is a Mahopac, NY native and graduate of Mahopac High School, where she was a two-sport athlete and captain of both the varsity lacrosse and field hockey teams. She earned USA Lacrosse All-American honors in 2022 and was a 3rd Team All-State selection. Avery just wrapped up her Division I career at Coastal Carolina University as a midfielder and draw specialist. Since Fall 2021, Avery has been a key part of the Preds program, coaching multiple teams, including our 2025 and 2028 Preds teams, and helping lead our camp and clinic curriculum. She is deeply passionate about developing players and also works with athletes in private and small-group settings, with a focus on offensive skills and draw work.

ROSE WOOLERY

COACH

Rose Woolery, a Bronxville, NY native, is a senior at Bronxville High School and a standout two-way midfielder for their Section-Champion lacrosse team. An All-League performer, she also was a key contributor for the Preds 2026 team, which was a top-30 nationally ranked team. Rose will continue her lacrosse career at the Division I level with the University of Colorado in the Big 12 Conference.

2033's CURRICULUM

2033 Team Curriculum: 

Overall
- Fall and spring/summer practices are held at the Rye Country Day School (Turf Fields) and/or SUNY Purchase (Grass/Turf Fields).
- Winter practices are held indoors at Velocity Sports Performance in Hawthorne, NY.
- 2-3 elite coaches per team, who have played lacrosse at the highest levels and are passionate motivators/communicators.
- 60+ playing opportunities throughout the year.
- Summer season ends before July.

Fall 2026
- 7x Sunday morning team practices at the Rye Country Day School, starting September 13th
- 7x Monday night “Wall Ball/Stick Work” skill sessions at SUNY Purchase 
- 2-3x Indoor Weeknight Team Practices in late October/early November at Velocity Sports Hawthorne
- 3x Local Tournaments in NY/NJ (Platinum Games – Sat 11/7, Lax for the Cure – Sat 11/14, and Fall Draw – Sun 11/15)
- GOALIE TRAINING: 7x total sessions on Monday nights at SUNY Purchase

Winter 2026-2027
- 11x Indoor Team Practices / Lacrosse Sessions led by Predators’ Directors / Coaches on SUNDAYS from December – early March at Velocity Sports Hawthorne
- 11x Specialized Speed/Strength/Conditioning sessions on SUNDAYS led by Velocity Sports Performance
- Optional Incremental Box Lacrosse Program Offering on Tuesday nights in New Rochelle in December – February

Spring 2027
- Players compete with their respective town teams, but we also offer 4x Spring Team Practices, typically held on late SUNDAY afternoons at SUNY Purchase in April/early May
- Optional Incremental ‘Spring Ahead’ Program Offering on Monday nights in April/May (7x practices at SUNY Purchase)

Summer 2027
- 10–12x Team Practices, held between Monday – Thursday nights at the Rye Country Day School and/or SUNY Purchase, starting in late May
- 4x Nationally Recognized Tournaments in June
