Our program is not for everyone. It’s not for the faint of heart or the quick to quit. It’s not only our mission to improve the skills and game sense of every player, but we want to teach young men and women how to compete and achieve success at every turn.
TEAM MINDSET
The Predators success begins with fostering a fun “team” atmosphere and bringing together girls from all different areas and backgrounds. Time and again, our experiences have proven that a successful program acts as a catalyst for individual recognition. Teams win together and (ideally seldom) lose together. Being a part of a team builds adaptability and resiliency in players.
TOUGH COACHING
Our most powerful endorsements come from current and former Predators players, who have seen first-hand how unique our program is and how uniquely positioned they are to succeed at the next level. Predators coaches are hand-picked to meet our founders’ high standards, with the requirement of being effective communicators and passionate motivators that were also successful players in their own right.
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
The coaching staff prides itself on being the pre-eminent teachers of the game in the girls’ club lacrosse world, with a special emphasis on working with and developing multi-sport athletes. Our coaches train players to play with an edge and an IQ, while also conducting themselves in a polished manner away from the game. Each and every player will improve their skills, game sense, and mental toughness thanks to the rigorous Predators curriculum.
RECRUITING & EXPOSURE
Having played at elite college programs like Northwestern, UVA, UNC, Georgetown, and more, the coaching staff knows how important finding the right team and fit is. Through our recruiting tools/resources, personalized planning, and strategic alliances with the top showcase and tournament directors, we’re able to position our players and maximize their opportunities.
