With Directors and Coaches that are used to playing at elite college programs and rigorous academic institutions, such as Northwestern, UVA, UNC, Penn, Georgetown, and more, our staff knows how important finding the right team and fit is, and ultimately, what it takes to get there. We recognize the recruiting process can be daunting and there is no one-size fits all model. But under the guidance and care of our Recruiting Directors, Ryan Penner, Ally Mueller, and Sammy Mueller, who take the time to get to know each and every family, and provide them with a road map catered to their individual goals and aspirations, our players are well equipped to succeed – and to make the tough decisions that will not only impact their lives for the next 4 years, but the next 40.
Through our extensive recruiting tools/resources, personalized planning, and strategic alliances with the top showcase and tournament directors, we are able to position our players and maximize their opportunities so they excel at the highest levels, with each recruiting-age high school player receiving:

- An IWLCA Recruits subscription / profile
- Personalized planning, including individual feedback on events, highlight tapes, target schools, and more
