ALLY MUELLER

HEAD COACH

Ally Mueller grew up in Pelham, NY and attended the Hackley School in Tarrytown from 2010-2014, where she was named a top-5 senior athlete in the Hudson Valley/Westchester areas by MSG Varsity and was a recipient of the Journal News’ Con Edison Scholar-Athlete award. Ally was a three-sport varsity athlete and captain and won 6 total state championships (3 in basketball, 2 in lacrosse, and 1 in cross country).

After high school, Ally went on to play Division 1 lacrosse in the Big Ten Conference at Northwestern University, graduating in 2018 after helping the team make the NCAA Tournament 4x and advance to the NCAA Quarterfinals 2x. Ally was a four-year starting Defender and received All-Big Ten First Team Honors her senior year, as well as All-Big Ten Tournament Team Honors twice. She was a three-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and received a BA in Political Science and Legal Studies with a minor in business.

Ally has been involved with the Predators program since the girls’ side was founded in 2018 and has helped over 25+ players to college commitments over the last 2.5 years. She has also worked with the Rye, Bronxville, and Larchmont lacrosse programs at the youth levels. Ally still actively plays lacrosse for the New York Athletic Club (NYAC) team and currently works in Sales & Business Development for a Sports and Entertainment Marketing agency.

COURTNEY FELLS

HEAD COACH

Courtney Fells grew up on Long Island, where he attended Baldwin High School, before playing college lacrosse at Eastern Connecticut State University.

Courtney has coached youth/HS lacrosse for 10+ seasons between Larchmont and Scarsdale Youth, Gold Coast Lacrosse in Weston, CT, and Fieldston Varsity Girls’ lacrosse. Courtney was recently named the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach for Scarsdale High School and he also runs his own lacrosse training business, Twenty-One Lacrosse.

Courtney Fells has coached for the Predators program since 2022 and is currently serving as the Head of Boys/Girls Player Development and Coach for our Preds Girls’ 2029 team.

2029's CURRICULUM

2029 Team Curriculum: 
- Fall and spring/summer practices are held at the Rye Country Day School (Turf
Fields) and/or SUNY Purchase (Grass/Turf Fields).
- Winter practices are held indoors at Velocity Sports Performance in Hawthorne,
NY.
- 2-3 elite coaches per team, who have played lacrosse at the highest levels and
are passionate motivators/communicators.
- 65+ playing opportunities throughout the year, including 11 indoor lacrosse and
strength/conditioning sessions in the winter.

Fall 2024
- 7 Sunday morning team practices at the Rye Country Day School or SUNY
Purchase, starting September 8 th
- 7 Optional Monday night “Wall Ball/Stick Work” skill sessions at SUNY Purchase 
- 2-3 Indoor Team Practices on Wednesday or Thursday nights in late
October/early November at Velocity Sports Performance Hawthorne
- 3 Tournaments in NJ (likely Platinum Games – Sat Nov 9, Lax for the Cure Fall –
Sat Nov 16, and Fall Draw – Sun Nov 17)
- GOALIE TRAINING: 7 total sessions on Monday nights at SUNY Purchase

Winter 2024-2025
- 11 Indoor Team Practices / Lacrosse Sessions led by Predators’ Directors /
Coaches on SUNDAYS from December – early March at Velocity Sports
Performance Hawthorne
- 11 Specialized Speed/Strength/Conditioning sessions on SUNDAYS led by Velocity
Sports Performance 

Spring 2025
- Players compete with their respective town teams, but we also offer 4 Spring
Team Practices, typically held on late SUNDAY afternoons at SUNY Purchase or
RCDS in April/early May

Summer 2025
- 12 – 14 Team Practices, typically held on Tuesday/Thursday nights at the Rye
Country Day School, starting in late May
- 4 Tournaments in MD/NJ (likely Live Love Lax – June 14-15, Lax for the Cure
Youth – June 21-22, Morgan’s Jam – June 28-29, and the Top Threat
